1. How long does it take to contact you?

2. Are the products authentic?
We provide full guarantee that our products come from a reliable source. Everything in-store is 100% authentic and originals. We will never sell fakes.
3. How long should I expect the parcel to arrive?
It will normally take 1-3 working days for products with ready stock whereas pre-order goods may take up to 7 – 13 working days. Shipping period estimates vary according your location. Longer periods are expected for locations outside of Malaysia.
4.What kind of payment method do you accept?

5. How do I track my product ?
Tracking numbers will be provided immediately after goods are processed in a courier service facility. For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order and we will give you an accurate and guaranteed date of arrival.
6. How do I return my product ?
Please refer to our Return Policy. All returns will follow the requirements, and guidelines of this policy. Once all the requirement are fulfilled, we will then accept the return of the product.
